Narcity was always suppose to be to the world, what MTLBLOG was to Montreal. Who knows if it's a good thing. One documentary featuring Adrian Borowski, COO, says:
essentially I learned that it's not just
a workspace you're coming to hang out
with friends and you're coming hang out
with family and it's a big discussion
content is never set in stone
everything is moving it's always
changing and it's essentially the
consumer who kind of dictates what we
put up I was really motivated because
when I first met Chuck I saw that the
great vision he had for for everything
that we that his teammates doing durable
feeding Jermal feeding they did a pound
on the fish remember don't be on the
more McKnight CD I figure I came in the
office for the first time my first
impression was like wow you might have
work that it takes to run a blog when it
comes to looking at me my eyes don't see
the people who I work with here we hang
out on a daily basis after work on the
weekends I really feel like they're my
brothers and sisters people just come
into work they want to do a good job
they have fun doing it I don't know good
car ID basket thumbs kids today thanks
even Amazon so total depravity basket
easy society so de la casa meant my
typical day is making sure that that
everyone gives 100% but only because
they want to it's a fun culture it's not
like something I've ever seen in
different businesses it's an opportunity
to really work for yourself an
opportunity to show that you can be
responsible to get your work done on
your own nobody's here counting your
hours counting your time you're based by
your objectives and if you don't hit
your objectives well you don't let you
know you don't stand out to all you need
to do service go metric McDonough
Earnestine expect names sound really to
model out that will be on my face much
my left humans for my cousin join me we
all day there are daily what really
makes this culture unique is how
creative it is how inviting it is two
different viewpoints and how much it
really loves the city you have to love
Montreal to be a part of my PL blog it's
kind of just the basic requirement and
that's what makes us different
